Graves for the
victims of war and tyranny in Westfriedhof
With around 3,800 war graves, the Westfriedhof (West cemetery) is one of the most important places of remembrance in Cologne. It is also the burial ground for the victims of National Socialism, where the people murdered in the courtyard of the EL-DE building in 1944/45 were buried.
