Friend’s association
The EL-DE-Haus Verein e.V. (friend’s association of the NS-Documentation Centre) was founded in 1988 as a non-profit association to support the NS-Documentation Centre’s work. With over 500 members, it is one of the most active associations in Cologne's lively civil society and it has built up a wide network. Its purpose is to promote the NS-Documentation Centre and it also organises its own activities it also organises its own activities on the topic of Nazi history, as well as current right-wing extremism, racism and antisemitism.
For members of the EL-DE-Haus Verein e.V. admission to the memorial, the permanent exhibition and temporary exhibitions as well as events organised by the NS-DOK and the EL-DE-Haus Verein is free of charge. In addition, your membership will give you the opportunity to participate in exclusive guided tours of the temporary exhibitions. Furthermore, you will receive a discount on the annual ticket for all of Cologne's museums (available at the museum ticket counter in the EL-DE-Haus).

By donating to the friend’s association, you will directly support the NS-Documentation Centre's work and help to continue dealing with Cologne's Nazi history and creating a vibrant remembrance culture.
